Villa Frigola is an independent house located in the peaceful little village of TINJAN located in the picturesque peninsula of Istria. The house is very quiet and is surrounded by a plot and garden of 5000 m2 !! Lawn, trees and a playground with a slide.
It has a beautiful pool of 40 m2.Therefore it's ideal for family and children! You are 15 km from the sea, a quarter of an hour drive. The owner speaks Italian and English and lives 100 m away. The house has a covered garage. The closest restaurant and pizzeria are 100 meters away, while the supermarket and post office are located at a distance of 1,000 meters. Porec is 15 minutes by car. At your disposal: bicycles, table tennis, bowling, hiking in nature, you can get fresh produce from local agriculture.
There is no barrier around the pool or alarm because it is not mandatory in Croatia. So you have to watch your children.
