3 bedroom villa near Sibenik, 4 minutes from the beaches and the center of Sibenik.
This villa is located in the village of Bilice, 1 km from the sea and 1.5 km from a first store. Very fast access from the motorway, exit Sibenik, and 5 km to arrive. You can visit the Cathedral of Sibenik, the fortresses, the waterfalls of Krka, Skradin is 15 minutes, Visovak and roki slap, Primosten, Vodice, Trogir, Zadar, you will find in Sibenik boats for excursion for the islands of Kornatis.
The owner speaks English (he lived in Canada). Animals are not allowed, cot and high chair possible. Towels provided, WIFI, in front of the house there is the pool and parking, behind the house the terrace under the pergola of kiwi. Barbecue, parking for 3 cars.
Off season minimum: 3 days. July and August: arrival and departure on Saturday.
Pool of 32 m2: 7meters * 4.5 meters. Solar outdoor shower. On arrival a deposit of 400 euros in cash will be required.
Attention: 20% deposit at the time of booking and balance 1 month before your arrival to the owner.
