This pretty little villa is located at the end of an alley, and what's more, it is very close to the sea and the beaches of Pakostane. It is ideal for doing everything on foot, you will be close to the shops, the village center and the beaches of the village. All while being in peace and quiet.
The house has 4 brand new apartments and a very nice pool of 24 m2. Very intimate atmosphere. The 4 apartments are identical and their terrace overlooks the pool.
2 apartments on the ground floor and 2 apartments on the 1st floor.
Animals are forbidden, the owner speaks English, German and Italian. You can ask for a coffee machine.
WI FI: on demand. Laundromat in Biograd (5 minutes by car). Arrival - departure on Saturday in July and August.
Attention, this villa is not suitable for children who cannot swim or small children because there is no protection around the pool as there is in France (it is not yet mandatory in Croatia).
For the settlement, there is an exception here, as the owner asks for:
20% deposit at the time of booking by bank transfer to Dalmagite
30% one month before your arrival by bank transfer to the owner.
50% on the day of your arrival in cash, in euro.
Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.
