This house is located in the center of Pakostane, 20 meters from Janice Beach and 150 m from the grocery stores, restaurants and the village bars.

This house has 4 apartments facing the sea with a very large terrace!

3 apartments on the 1st floor, 3 apartments on the 2nd floor. Possibility to accommodate a 5th person: + 12.50 euros/day.

The owner does not live there, and she speaks English. Deposit on arrival: 100 euros. Towels provided.

WI fi: free.

Private parking on the ground floor, in a large private courtyard, closed by a gate. So there's no problem where to park.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

Located on the 1st floor, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a living room/kitchen with 2 single beds, a kitchenette with a small fridge, 2 electric plates, a coffee maker and an electric toaster, a microwave. Satellite TV and air conditioning. Bathroom with a shower. Large terrace with a table and chairs as well as garden furniture. The terrace has a beautiful view of the sea.

Price includes air conditioning.

Arrival on sunday  on july and august only. The rest of the year : arrival every day.

Air conditioning.

Same price as the other apartments.
