One apartment for holidaymakers in this house. The rest of the house is occupied by very friendly and discreet owners. You are very close to the sea (500 m), the apartment is located on the top floor and from your shaded terrace you have a wonderful 180 degree sea view and you can see the center of Pakostane, its church and the islands.

On the ground floor you have a closed courtyard and a barbecue at your disposal. Children can also play freely in the big field in front of the house (visible from your terrace).

The owners speak English.

If you're staying during off season - minimum 4 days. Check-out in July and August: Saturday.

FREE wifi.

Taxes not included 1 euro / day / adult 0,50 euros / day / child 12 to 18 years, free below 12 years.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

Located on the 2nd floor of the house, the apartment consists of 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with 2 single beds. Between the bedrooms and the living room, a private space has been arranged to accommodate an additional single bed. There is a very comfortable living room with a parquet floor, a leather sofa and a satellite TV directly on the terrace.

There's a very well equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, 4 burners, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, dishwasher.

A bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine and a toilet.

Another room near the entrance with a sink and an extra toilet.

The terrace has a magnificent view of the sea from which you can see all the islands in the area, but also the church and the center of the village. Quiet house.

Air conditioning: + 5 €/day. Free WIFI.
