This lovely house is located in a quiet lane in Pakostane. It is 800 meters from a beach and 300 meters from a supermarket. There is a large private parking, and a washing machine available on the ground floor, in the garage.

The owner speaks German and English, she does not accept animals, she automatically puts towels in your apartment. The barbecue is available to all on the ground floor. All apartments have been made and decorated identically.

The owner is a manicurist, so this will be the perfect time to get a "french manicure" during the holidays (a real one) for just 14 euros!

A nice small pool of 15 m2 with a jacuzzi, deck chairs and an outdoor shower in the back yard of the property. This property is not recommended for families with small children because the pool has no fall protection (it is not obligatory in Croatia).

Free Wi-fi. Arrivals and departures on weekends in July and August. The rest of the year whenever you want with a minimum of 3 days.


Taxes not included 1 euro / day / adult 0,50 euros / day / child 12 to 18 years, free below 12 years.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.
