Charming house located in a quiet street 600 m from the sea and 400 m from a grocery store. You will really enjoy the peace and the garden with a lawn and flowers (the ground is closed!). Merica speaks German and does not live there. Pets are allowed (notify at the time of booking), barbecue available in the garden, possibility of providing a cot, private parking, air conditioning, towels on request.

Swimming pool to share with the 3 appartments of the house . only 2 appartments  are on the website.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

Located on the ground floor, it's lovely being in front of this beautiful garden and being able to let the children run around! We are very close to the barbecue!! Apartment of 86 m2, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, a kitchen with 4 burners, a large fridge - freezer, oven, coffee maker, microwave, a living room with a sofa bed for 2, 2 bathrooms (two showers, 2 toilets and a washing machine), a terrace overlooking the garden with a table and chairs for meals + a relaxation lounge, satellite TV.

On the 1st floor, a beautiful brand new apartment of 50 m2, and you can of course enjoy the garden in front of the house and the barbecue.

A room with a double bed + a single bed, very well equipped kitchen with 4 burners, oven, large fridge-freezer, living room with a sofa bed for 2, bathroom, terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, satellite TV. You can use the washing machine at the owner's.

This apartment is great because it is bright, it faces the garden and is very quiet. It's a very nice location!
