Independent villa. No owner.

Located in a small alley not far from the sea, the house is very quiet. The owners do not live in the house. You can rent an apartment but also the whole house to be in privacy.

You will be charmed by all the geraniums that the owner of the house has placed on your terrace: the first floor offers an apartment for 6 people, and on the ground floor there is an apartment for 2 + 2 people. Very shady parking as you can see from the photo.

Spoken language: English. A washing machine is at your disposal on the ground floor. Air conditioning in both apartments.

You will be 200 meters from a beach and 50 meters from a shop. 200 m from the village center where all the entertainment is (concert, folklore etc ...), as well as restaurants and bars. Pets are not accepted. Barbecue available on the ground floor. Cot and towels on demand.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

Surface of 60 m2 + terrace.

1st floor: A large apartment with 2 bedrooms that was just renovated (04/2017). A room with a double bed and a room with 2 beds. In the living room/kitchen, there is a sofa bed for 2. Possibility to put a separate extra bed for children. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 burners, a large fridge-freezer, bathroom with a shower. Satellite TV.

Pretty covered terrace overlooking the village. Covered private parking on the ground floor. Shared washing machine in a separate room for the 2 apartments on the ground floor.
