This villa with a swimming pool is located 150 meters from the village center and a beach (Punta or Janice beach). You will be 50 meters from a mini-market, a butcher shop and a bakery, and the Marina Pakostane is right in front of your apartment.

The owners speak English and German. Pets are welcome (notify at the time of booking), possibility of using the owner's washing machine in the basement, as well as a shared freezer. The owner can provide a cot.

Near the swimming pool is a barbecue for all the apartments. You may also use the 2 tables near the pool for meals.

Wi fi free, towels provided. Private shaded parking.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.
