This wooden house was made to make you discover the fauna (it is not uncommon to see a quail or a partridge, or even to see a hare from the terrace) and the flora (you are surrounded by vineyards, figs and olive trees), with the aim of protecting the environment by favoring the local economy, and with controlled energy consumption (electricity only solar).
You will be at a property of a farmer who will, with his friendliness and his originality (slightly alike Santa) make you spend a very unusual, uncommon holiday. For many years, he has held this farm inn where you can have lunch or dinner.
In the upper part of the property is your cottage and in the lower part, at the edge of the lake, is the farm inn.
The owner has the particularity of hosting a bat house. A local attraction that will entertain you during your holidays. You will be at the edge of Lake Vransko Jezero, where you can go swimming of course. You will be a 15 minute drive from the village of Pakostane and its beaches, 20 minutes from Biograd and 45 minutes from Zadar and Sibenik.
Pool right in front of your cottage, lake view, small private pool (20 m2), only for you (being constructed this winter 2017).

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.
