This house is next to (10 meters) Villa Ema. The owner will welcome you under his arbor and will offer you his homemade smoked ham and his very good wine. This will be an opportunity to have regular contact during your stay to discuss the country and exchange your impressions! 

The house is 500 meters from the beach and the center of the village, 400 meters from a grocery store - bakery. Pets are not allowed, barbecue on the ground floor, private parking, washing machine available on the ground floor, cot, towels provided.

WI FI free.

Open all year.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

On the 1st floor, two bedrooms: one with a large bed, the other with two single beds + 1 or 2 additional folding beds (the rooms are very large), two bathrooms, a large living room with satellite TV and fan, sofa bed for 2, kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4 burners, fridge, freezer, microwave and toaster.

The whole apartment: 130 m2.

Terrace: a large balcony with a small sea view (sea is 500 m from the house) with a table and garden chairs for your meals. (can fit at least 10 people.)

This apartment is brand new. Located on the ground floor of the house, very quiet. You will love the shaded terrace, surrounded by vineyards.
