Orasac, a small village of 350 inhabitants, 14 km from Dubrovnik, there are 2 grocery stores and a restaurant (at the water's edge, see photo with the wooden tables!), Very nice little cove, the 1st town is Zaton , 10 minutes by car. 

This house consists of 2 individual and terraced houses, without owner on site, There is a house on the left and another on the right, each house is independent. Built in the middle of the 19th century, this spacious house is built with a thick stone wall which keeps it cool in summer! 

Renovated in 2004, all furniture is made of solid wood, by the owner! Wonderful place of calm and rest assured under the olive trees of more than 200 years. 

Provide sheets for the cot. 

The swimming pool was built in 2019. It is 3 * 8 meters and will be shared between the two houses. 

Owner speak German, English, Croatian, Polish. 

WI FI: no. Washing machine. 

Tourist taxes: 1.50 € / pers. over 10 years.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

4 hours of free air conditioning / day, the rest is payable per kwh: 0.30 € / kwh 

Deposit on the day of arrival: 200 euros in cash. Dog: 25 euros / week. final cleaning: 45 euros compulsory.
