Orasac, a small village of 350 inhabitants, 14 km from Dubrovnik, there are 2 grocery stores and a restaurant (at the water's edge, see photo with the wooden tables!), Very nice little cove, the 1st town is Zaton , 10 minutes by car. Here is a beautiful character house surrounded by lavender, lemon trees and vineyards. 

This house was built at the end of the 19th century in pure Dalmatian style. The (original) walls are 80 cm thick and will keep the freshness in summer! 

Provide sheets for the cot. 

Free WIFI. 

Tourist tax: 1.5 € / pers. over 10 years.

Sheets and blankets are provided. The sheets are changed once a week.

There are two bedrooms each with 2 beds, a living room with a sofa bed and a fireplace, a kitchen with 4 burners, fridge-freezer, oven, barbecue, bathroom with hair dryer, separate toilet, towel, washing machine, south terrace, has a magnificent sea view and the north one will give you the necessary shade for your naps. satellite TV, garden, private parking. Washing machine. 

4 hours of free air conditioning / day, the rest is payable per kwh: 0.30 € / kwh 

Deposit on the day of arrival: 200 euros in cash. Dog: 25 euros / week. final cleaning: 45 euros compulsory.
